We arrived really quite late at the sports festival.....people were already starting to go home! They were dismantaling a lot of the stuff, and sadly, these really cool puffer fish balloons were slowly being deflated. They were pretty big, almost as big as an hot air balloon, and there were quite a lot of them too! I have no clue why they were there, but considering the Fugu, or puffer fish is a big deal down here in Yamaguchi Ken, it was pretty cute!

Balloons at the Kokutai
We arrived really quite late at the sports festival.....people were already starting to go home! They were dismantaling a lot of the stuff, and sadly, these really cool puffer fish balloons were slowly being deflated. They were pretty big, almost as big as an hot air balloon, and there were quite a lot of them too!
