So after cleaning back up, some water aerobics, and having yet another shower (we seemed to be constantly in the shower in Bali) we headed off on a little trip that Jessica and Sarah had planned at dinner. We had yet another driver (not so good this time!) take us out to the rice fields in Tegallalang.
Its in the middle of the country, so it's pretty far away, and we all got some well needed sleep on the way! When we finally did arrive, it was just about sunset. So the light was simply beautiful. We didnt go down into the fields, but we did take lots of pictures of us with the rice paddies in the background, but probably most fun was with the rice baskets. There were some farmers there, waiting for tourists like us, who wanted to hold the big things they carry around in the field, and to wear a little hat. Of course they wanted a tip, but it was too fun not to have a go! And it was our final thing to do in Bali before we headed back home!
