After the DMZ tour, and some people heading home, we headed over for the long car journey to the little island that was bombed my North Korea pretty recently. The checks aren't as rigourous here, as it is really just a little countryside place, but it is as close to North Korea as the border allows. There is a pretty view of the river, as well as a memorial for those who died.
