I had seen some of Matt's photos from when he visited the castle over Christmas, but I think it was much prettier in person. I think it was lovely against the blue sky, but maybe a little grey when viewed from the ground. To brighten it up, they have this cute little character for you to sit and have your photo taken with! And of course, he's a castle...how many cute castles have you ever seen? I love the colours here, everything seems a little brighter on a blue day, with the sun shining. I suppose everywhere does, but it was nice to have a weekend, even if it was cold, where the sky was blue and things were beautiful!
