There is a middle deck to the Tokyo Tower, which is all bathed in a beautiful blue light from all these fairy lights on the ceiling which twinkle. There is also a cafe there, and a restaurant, and a stage for things. I think it would have been the most romantic place to go for a date, you can literally see the entire city!
