We landed, and were driven to out hotel...but as there were several planes, I didn't get to see everyone untill we were all at the hotel. I found my good friends from London orientation and we set out to see Tokyo while we had the time. The next two days were going to be filled with orientation things and lectures, so we knew we needed to get out! We found a little Japanese restaurant right near where we were staying, in Shinjiku. It was great, and lovely and traditional! Sean even found this very feminine fan which he loved, so I had to snap a photo!
