I found out on Wednesday that I would recieve 2 days of Oban holiday, which is something which Japanese staff get off to go home to honour the dead. I was like, OMG, WHERE DO I GO? So I decided to blow some money and go see Blair in Nara. He lives near Osaka too, so I took the Shinkansen. It certainly was an adventure, especially for someone as nervous as me! I got on the wrong bus,(but still to the same place!) and then bought my Shinkansen ticket at Shin-Yamaguchi station. It was such fun! It only took me 2 hours on the shinkansen too! (6 hours round trip!) It may have been a spur of the moment trip, but it was so exciting!
