Fukuoka Tower has this place on the 3rd floor, where you can go and stand by this big pink heart and have your photo taken. You can also buy a special heart shaped locket, and write on it and chain it there, overlooking the city, and they also have some nice little couches for couples to have some alone time overlooking the city. It's really lovely (not quite as romantic as Tokyo Tower, but fun), but since I was there with Joel, and we went there to charge our cell phones, I made him take some photos while I goofed around being all melodramatic and such!
