Colourful Fortunes

These are just beautiful. The fortunes at Dazaifu are all different colours, they're not just printed on white paper. I saw some purple and green ones at one of the smaller shrines there, but the main one that day had pretty pink, orange and yellow ones. I loved how bright and colourful they were, just looking at them made me happy! Such a nice change from the normal white papers! I'm not sure what it was about this shrine, but it was a very happy place, I think probably because there were so many people there, also taking photos like Joel and I were! You could really explore the place for hours!
