Glastonbury Tor
Also in Glastonbury, there is a Tor, which apparently means a big tower on a big hill. It required a good walk, and up a MASSIVE hill, but it was worth the big big hill for the lovely views! They were so amazing! The tower was apparently used for a couple of hangings, which doesn't sound very nice, but also was an important part of Arthurian legend. I love the path up to the Tor in this photo, I think it really gives some scale! It was a lovely, hot day, so we got to have a sit at the top and stare at the countryside, which isn't something I see a lot of in Bristol!
